- 1990; Maskot was established by Tasvip and Ahmet Subay in Cesme, Izmir and registered as a Class A provider of travel agency services by TURSAB (The Turkish Travel Agents Association).
- 1993; Maskot established the ferry-boat route between Brindisi, Bari, Italy and Cesme, Turkey and became the General Agent in Turkey for Stern Lines Germany and Med Link Lines, Greece
- 2003; Maskot openned a branch office in Dikili and became the General Agent in Turkey for Costar Lines, Greece and established the ferry-boat route between Mytilene, Greece and Dikili, Turkey.
- 2009; Maskot became the General Agent in Turkey for Nel Lines, Greece. Established the ferry connections to mainland Greece and its islands.
- 2014; Maskot is the agent for Seabourne Cruises, Noble Caledonia Cruises and Holland America Lines.
- 2017; Maskot opened a branch office in Konak, İzmir.
- 2018; Maskot is now the sales agent of many cruise to airline companies like Royal Caribbean, Ama Waterways and Turkish Airlines.
